In collaboration with esteemed partners, Brentford FC Community Sports Trust, Millwall Community Trust, and Charlton Athletic Community Trust, as well as extending its reach to Kent and Sheffield, the Football For Thought programme is a comprehensive initiative that employs evidence-based approaches to mental health education. By delving into the science behind mental health, this program equips participants with the knowledge and tools to enhance their mental well-being while gaining a deeper understanding of the underlying factors involved. Furthermore, Football For Thought places a strong emphasis on cultivating positive techniques that can be effectively employed to improve overall well-being and strengthen mental fitness.
