The Gym Group and Head In The Game are delighted to announce a county wide collaboration to increase physical and mental fitness for men aged between 18-55 across Kent.

The two organisations will work together to support men in Thanet, Ashford and Medway improve their mental wellbeing by offering unique opportunities to access The Gym Group’s sites in Kent, through Head In The Game’s weekly sessions and designated programmes
