Working in specific locations running sessions with a purpose
6 and 12-week programmes
Our 6 and 12 week programmes are typically funded, and supported by a local council, organisation or community project. We partner in as facilitators of mental health focussed sport training sessions with a slight difference each week, all centred around helping reduce the pressures of life on peoples mental health and tackle the stigma about being open and honest to talk together.
